Apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering

An apprenticeship at DEUTSCHE ROCKWOOL's Neuburg plant as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, starting on 1 September 2027. The apprenticeship includes 3 to 3.5 days per week at the company and 1.5 to 2 days per week at vocational school, covering installation, maintenance, repair, control technology and quality assurance.

You will install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment. You will work with switching and control technology, carry out inspections and maintenance, identify faults and resolve them using diagnostic equipment. Your work will support the safety and efficiency of production.

Intermediate school-leaving certificate; interest in and enjoyment of mathematics and physics; practical aptitude; commitment and reliability.

Collectively agreed apprenticeship pay plus holiday and Christmas bonuses, a 38-hour week and 30 days of annual leave. You will also receive support from dedicated training coordinators, have strong chances of permanent employment, take part in an annual apprentice trip and apprentice events, receive covered training books, exam preparation subsidies, corporate benefits, a subsidized EGYM Wellpass and other health benefits, plus access to an on-site canteen.
