At our plant in Neuburg we offer training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) starting 01.09.2027. Are you interested in machines, production processes and technical procedures? Then the training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) is just right for you. In this practice-oriented training you learn to operate, monitor and optimise complex machines and plants – and become an expert for reliable production. The focus is on safe machine operation, quality control and responsible handling of modern production systems. You carry out maintenance and inspection work, recognise faults quickly and react in a solution-oriented manner. With your technical care, reliability and teamwork you ensure that production runs smoothly – and create optimal foundations for a versatile professional future.

• Practical training on 3 - 3.5 days per week
• Vocational school lessons on 1.5 - 2 days per week
• Qualification: Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) (IHK)
