The apprenticeship includes placements in Telekom IT and T-Systems, including operating and supporting IT systems, end devices and networks.

Setting up servers, networks and cloud systems; monitoring systems and resolving faults; ensuring IT security; supporting users with technical problems.

Lower or intermediate secondary school certificate, university entrance qualification or equivalent; interest in IT systems and networks; enthusiasm for computer technology, programming and mathematical-technical tasks; interest in new technologies and digital media; English skills.
