You will be deployed in a DEVK branch office, be part of the agency team and directly employed by the agency manager.

• You are the main contact person for existing and potential customers
• You analyse and optimise the current insurance situation of customers
• Through your passion for sales, you continuously build up the customer base
• You regularly check whether the customers' coverage matches their current life situation
• In the event of a claim, customers can rely on your support at any time
• We convince through customer proximity. Therefore you advise customers on site or via video consultation

• Completed apprenticeship as a management assistant for insurance and finance or insurance clerk / insurance specialist or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• Passion for sales and selling
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Convincing personality and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regionally
