• You support and advise our private and business customers on all insurance questions online and in person
• You analyze and check whether the coverage of your customers fits their respective life situation and optimize their insurance situation
• Through your passion for sales you continuously build up your customer base
• Claims management and settlement of minor claims
• Consistent cross-selling (sales, distribution, sales)
• Active and independent work – with support from our sales professionals if needed

• Completed training as insurance clerk, insurance specialist, merchant for insurance and finance (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• For career changers: completed vocational training and experience in sales (we train you further to become a certified insurance specialist IHK) (m/f/d)
• Strong communication skills and great enjoyment in dealing with people
• Organized and goal-oriented working style
• Endurance, diligence and enthusiasm for your customers
