Around 6,000 employees in 1,250 branches, 19 regional directorates and the corporate headquarters in Cologne take care of our customers' concerns every day. You will be deployed in the DEVK branch office, are part of the agency team there and are employed directly by the agency manager.

• You look after and advise our customers on DEVK insurance products and handle general office tasks.

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance specialist or management assistant for insurance and finance (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Customer friendliness and communication skills
• Independent and self-reliant work style
