What You'll Learn
- You are the main contact for existing and potential customers.
- You analyze and optimize the customers' current insurance situation.
- You regularly check whether the customers' coverage fits their current life situation.
- In the event of a claim, customers can rely on your support at any time.
- We win people over with closeness to customers and advise them on site, in the agency or by video consultation.
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or insurance clerk / insurance specialist (m/f/d)
- For career changers (m/f/d): sales experience - we will train you further to become a certified insurance specialist (m/f/d) IHK
- Passion for sales
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Convincing personality and communication skills
