• Individual support for our long-standing private and business customers in all insurance matters online and on site
• Expanding the agency portfolio by winning new customers
• Active, regular outreach to existing customers to build lasting business relationships
• You handle claims management and settlement of minor claims
• Consistent cross-selling

• A completed apprenticeship in insurance as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in customer advisory as a key account manager (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), representative (m/f/d), customer service representative (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d) or field service employee (m/f/d)
• or you are a career changer (m/f/d), ideally with a commercial apprenticeship, looking for a chance to gain a foothold in the insurance industry and we will train you
• You enjoy inspiring people
• A class B car driving license
