About this Apprenticeship
As an employed customer adviser at DEVK's Cegiz agency, you join the team in Bad Essen. You help grow the customer base in Bad Essen, Bohmte and Ostercappeln. This permanent full time position starts immediately.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support longstanding personal and business customers on all insurance matters.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Win new customers without cold calling.
- Review and improve customers' current insurance cover.
- Manage and settle small claims.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial investments clerk or insurance specialist
- Experience in customer advice or sales
- Strong communication and sales skills, and enjoyment of giving personal advice
- A driving licence for cars
