About this Apprenticeship
Join the agency team at DEVK's Cegiz office in Bad Essen as a self-employed customer adviser under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code. You will serve private and business customers in Bad Essen, Bohmte and Ostercappeln. This is an ongoing, full-time role.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Win new customers without cold calling.
- Review and improve customers' current insurance cover.
- Manage and settle small claims.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and financial investments or an insurance adviser qualification
- Experience in customer advice or sales
- Strong communication and sales skills, and enjoyment of giving individual advice
- Car driving licence
