With a fixed customer base, our support in building and success planning, you take over an agency succession and serve your new and existing customers in the sales area Helmstedt and the surrounding area.

• As independent head (m/f/d) of your agency you always keep an eye on the responsibility for earnings and results.
• Through your responsible leadership you ensure the further development of your own agency employees.
• With your professional competence you take over the consulting of your DEVK customers holistically in all insurance questions and further expand your existing customer base through active sales.
• The control of claims management in your agency lies in your responsibility.

• Completed training as Insurance Specialist (m/f/d), Insurance Clerk (m/f/d), Merchant (m/f/d) for Insurance and Finance or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the insurance industry.
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a pronounced customer orientation.
• Through your leadership qualities you promote and challenge your team, which may also accompany you in a switch to DEVK.
