Working Student Customer Onboarding

Do you enjoy contact with people and want to delight customers from the very first moment? Then you are in the right place in our onboarding team for new policyholders. In Central Customer Service, you qualify customer relationships, obtain necessary contact consents and support field sales by handing over relevant customer contacts. Your working hours are Monday to Thursday between 15:00 and 20:00. We ensure a successful start with intensive onboarding and ongoing individual coaching. The position is limited to one year.

• Maintaining and updating customer data
• Coordination and forwarding to the right contacts
• Support around the service portal "meineDEVK"
• Comprehensive onboarding and home office option after the onboarding phase

• Current studies at a college or university
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Pronounced customer and service orientation
• Empathetic, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills and confident use of digital applications and MS Office
