About this Apprenticeship
Join the agency team in Erfurt as an employed customer advisor at the DEVK Markus Kirchner branch. This permanent, full-time role is open to motivated newcomers and experienced insurance professionals.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Win new customers without cold calling.
- Review and improve customers' current insurance cover.
- Manage and settle small claims.
Requirements
- Vocational qualification in insurance and financial investments or qualification as an insurance specialist, or
- For career changers: fully funded six-month training to become an IHK-certified insurance intermediary under Section 34d of the German Trade Regulation Act.
- Experience in customer advice or sales
- Strong communication skills, sales talent and enjoyment of giving individual advice
- Car driving licence
