Working Student Workplace and Site Planning

As part of the occupancy planning team at DEVK, you help redesign the company headquarters and contribute to creating innovative work environments for around 1,500 employees. You accompany the whole process from idea to finished implementation. Part-time, fixed-term.

• During the renovation of our headquarters, you support room and occupancy planning for around 1,500 workplaces.
• Together with the team you develop and coordinate space concepts and room plans.
• You actively help shape special work and break areas such as agile work spaces, break zones or the staff restaurant.
• You also help maintain and develop our service portal "meine DEVK".
• From preparation to implementation you accompany the occupancy measures and see first-hand how modern work environments emerge from ideas and plans.

• Ongoing studies, ideally in architecture, interior architecture, real estate management, facility management, logistics, urban and spatial planning, or a comparable field
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different people
• Solution-oriented, structured and self-reliant way of working
• Flexibility, perseverance and interest in organizational tasks
• Confident use of MS Office and first knowledge of AutoCAD
