Employed customer adviser, career changers welcome

Permanent full-time customer adviser role at DEVK's Hürth branch, starting immediately. Advise private and business customers on insurance, with training also available for career changers.

• Provide individual advice on all insurance matters to our long-standing private and business customers, online and in person
• Grow the agency's customer base by winning new customers
• Contact existing customers regularly to build lasting business relationships
• Manage claims and settle small claims
• Consistently offer customers suitable additional products

• Completed training as an insurance specialist, an insurance and financial investments clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Initial customer advisory experience as a key account manager, sales manager, representative, customer adviser, sales employee, retail salesperson or field sales representative
• Alternatively, you are a career changer seeking a start in insurance, ideally with commercial training, and we will train you
• You enjoy getting people interested and excited
• A category B car driving licence
