Agency Manager Insurance

Managing the DEVK branch office in Osnabrück, permanent full-time position, starting immediately.

• Taking over the management of a DEVK branch office
• Responsibility for business results
• Leading your agency employees
• Ensuring care of our long-standing private and business customers in insurance, investment and construction financing
• Expanding the portfolio by continuously winning new customers and consistent cross-selling
• Controlling claims management in the agency

• A completed vocational qualification in insurance such as insurance specialist/business manager (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d) or commercial clerk (m/f/d) for insurance and finance
• Several years of experience in insurance sales as key account manager, sales manager, representative, customer advisor, sales employee or field sales employee (m/f/d)
• You are welcome to bring your agency team; otherwise we support you in the search
• In your leadership role you stand out through entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as customer and service orientation
• A car driver's license
