Assistant Internal Sales

As a sales assistant (m/f/d) at the DEVK branch Weinhold, you join the agency team in Neustadt am Rbge. and support your colleagues in looking after existing, new and business customers in the office.

• you advise customers by phone or in person at the agency on all insurance questions and thereby support sales
• by coordinating appointments you support our field service
• you answer customer inquiries by post or email
• by handling administrative tasks you support our sales specialists with administration

• a completed apprenticeship in insurance as insurance specialist (m/f/d), clerk (m/f/d) for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification
• first work experience as a sales assistant (m/f/d), telephone operator (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d) in the back or front office is an advantage
• as a communication talent (m/f/d) you enjoy contact with customers
• as an organizational talent (m/f/d) you keep track of all appointments
