Internal sales assistant

Permanent part-time sales assistant role at the DEVK Czekala agency in Münster - Hiltrup district. Support the agency and sales team for 20 to 30 hours per week, starting immediately.

• Assist customers by phone or in person at the agency
• Support the field sales team by coordinating appointments
• Answer customer enquiries by post or email
• Support sales specialists with administrative tasks

• Completed vocational training in insurance as an insurance specialist, an insurance and finance clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, you are a career changer seeking an opportunity to enter the insurance industry, ideally with commercial vocational training
• Some experience as a sales assistant, telephone operator or office worker in a back-office or front-office role is an advantage
• You communicate well and enjoy contact with customers
• You are well organised and keep track of all appointments
