Employed Customer Adviser, Career Changers Welcome

DEVK is looking for customer advisers for its office in Windeck and Eitorf, starting immediately on a permanent, full-time contract. You advise personal and business customers on insurance, find new customers and help people make decisions. Training is also provided for career changers.

• Give personal advice on all insurance questions to our long-standing personal and business customers, online and in person
• Grow the agency's customer base by finding new customers
• Contact existing customers regularly to build lasting business relationships
• Manage insurance claims and settle small claims
• Consistently offer customers other suitable products

• Completed insurance training as an insurance specialist, an insurance and financial investments clerk, or a similar qualification
• Some experience advising customers as a key account manager, sales manager, sales representative, customer adviser, sales employee or field sales employee
• Alternatively, you are a career changer, ideally with commercial vocational training, who wants to enter insurance, and we will train you
• You enjoy getting people interested and excited
• A category B driving licence
