Apprenticeship Insurance and Financial Investment Sales Specialist

During the apprenticeship we offer you many opportunities to gain first professional experience and dive into our diverse areas of work. Your apprenticeship begins on 1 August and lasts 2.5 years.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
• You accompany customers from first contact through advice to referrals.
• You support customers with help and advice, at the branch or at their home.
• You experience a varied mix of practical assignments, vocational school and seminars on advising and selling our products.

• Intermediate school certificate or (technical) Abitur
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
