• At your modern workplace in the Sparda Bank branch, you work on-site cooperatively with Sparda Bank employees.
• You advise Sparda Bank customers on all insurance questions, manage the existing customer base and continuously expand it.
• You analyze and optimize the current insurance situation of your customers.
• Through your proactive and regular approach to existing customers, you ensure long-term and trusting business relationships.

• You have completed training as a management assistant (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments (m/f/d) or as an insurance specialist (m/f/d).
• First professional experience in customer advisory as Key Account Manager (m/f/d), Sales Manager (m/f/d), sales representative (m/f/d), customer service representative (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d) or field service employee (m/f/d).
• As a communication and sales talent (m/f/d), you enjoy advising people individually.
• A class B car driving license.
