Agency Back Office Employee

Permanent, full-time in Wismar. You are a central link between customers, field sales and agency management and make sure service, sales and organization work together reliably.

• Customer service and support: first point of contact in person, by phone and digitally
• Handle customer requests reliably and follow up on open topics
• Arrange and coordinate appointments, prepare and follow up customer meetings
• Spot advisory opportunities, hold simple sales conversations depending on qualification and pass customers on to further advice
• Take over defined processes: data maintenance, correspondence, email inbox, processing of applications, cancellations and claims
• Use DEAS actively and record follow-up activities clearly
• Support customer campaigns, events, regional advertising and the agency's digital presence
