Insurance sales customer adviser

The DEVK agency in Hachenburg is seeking a customer adviser for a permanent full-time position starting immediately. You will develop your own customer base and help grow the agency.

• Provide comprehensive advice and support to long-standing private and business customers on all insurance and financial protection matters. Analyse existing policies, improve cover and develop individual solutions.
• Take over a large existing customer base, develop it further and gain new customers through referrals, established contacts and professional advice, without cold calling.
• Build lasting customer relationships, take responsibility for your own customer base, handle service requests and settle small claims.

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in insurance and financial investments, as an insurance professional or insurance specialist, or a comparable qualification in insurance, financial services or banking.
• Experience in customer advice, sales, field sales or office-based sales, ideally in insurance sales, financial advice or financial protection and planning.
• Strong communication and advisory skills, a focus on closing sales and enjoyment of active customer contact and relationship management.
• Business-minded thinking, initiative, a focus on goals and motivation to grow a customer base independently.
• A car driving licence and willingness to serve customers in the region.
