Customer Service Representative Customer Competence Center with prospects of becoming Deputy Team Lead

In the Customer Competence Center you handle cross-line business transactions in new and existing business (motor, property, liability and accident insurance), with the prospect of becoming deputy team lead. Permanent, full-time.

• First point of contact for customers and sales partners
• Advising on products and services
• Handling transactions in new and existing business and maintaining customer data
• Identifying cross-line customer needs and passing them to field sales
• Supporting the team lead in organizing and steering the team
• Helping with workload management and prioritization
• Supporting the monitoring of performance and productivity figures
• Gradually sharing responsibility for employee development
• Preparing and eventually running team meetings
• Representing the group and cooperating across departments
• Contributing ideas to improve workflows
• Taking on responsibility as deputy team lead

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge of property and motor/liability insurance lines
• You enjoy phone work and have a strong service, customer and sales orientation
• Assertive organizational talent who keeps an overview and sets clear priorities
• Enjoy taking responsibility, motivating people and shaping the 14-person team
• Strong communication, team spirit and a confident, appreciative manner
• Good understanding of business processes and key figures
• Ideally first experience in guiding or coordinating employees
