Sales office assistant

As an employed assistant at DEVK's Zimmermann agencies, you support the sales team full time in Lengerich and work closely with colleagues in Warendorf and Hasbergen. The position is permanent and starts immediately.

• Help customers by phone or in person at the Lengerich agency
• Support the teams in Warendorf and Hasbergen with organisation and phone calls
• Support the field sales team by coordinating appointments
• Answer customer enquiries by post or email
• Support the sales specialists with administration

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist, an insurance and finance clerk, or an equivalent qualification
• Alternatively, you are changing careers and want to enter the insurance industry, ideally with completed business administration training
• Previous experience as a sales assistant, telephone operator or office worker in a back office or front office is an advantage
• You communicate well and enjoy contact with customers
• You are well organised and keep track of all appointments
