Self-employed Customer Advisor

For its branch offices in Swisttal and Brühl, DEVK is looking for customer enthusiasts in sales. You advise private and business customers on all insurance matters and work as a self-employed insurance agent under § 84 HGB in partnership with an agency. Permanent, full-time.

• Individual support of our long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters online and on site
• Expanding the agency portfolio by winning new customers
• Regular active contact with existing customers to build lasting business relationships
• Claims management and settlement of small claims
• Consistent cross-selling

• A completed vocational qualification in insurance as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in customer consulting as a key account manager (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), representative (m/f/d), customer service agent (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d) or field sales employee (m/f/d)
• Or you are a career changer (m/f/d), ideally with a commercial education, looking for a chance to get into the insurance industry and we will train you
• You enjoy inspiring people
• A class B car driving license
