Apprenticeship Insurance and Financial Investment Sales Specialist

During the apprenticeship we offer you many opportunities to gain your first professional experience and dive into our diverse areas of work. Your apprenticeship starts on 1 August and lasts 2.5 years.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
• Your apprenticeship is varied - you accompany your customers from the first meeting, through advice, to referrals.
• You support your customers with help and advice, at the branch office or at their home.
• You experience a varied mix of practical assignments, vocational school and effective seminars on advising and selling our products.

• Intermediate secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or (technical) Abitur
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Solution-oriented way of working
