Agency Manager / Customer Manager

DEVK is seeking a customer manager to take over an established insurance agency in Bergisch Gladbach immediately. You will run your own branch and work with your team to support private and business customers. The role is permanent and full time.

• You run your own branch
• You and your team advise established private and business customers on insurance, investments and home financing
• You win new customers and steadily grow your customer base by selling additional products and higher levels of cover
• You have authority to settle claims directly on site

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist, insurance clerk, or insurance and finance clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in insurance
• Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibilities
• Business thinking and action, with a strong focus on customers
• You use your leadership skills to support and challenge your team
