Self-employed customer adviser, career changers welcome

DEVK is seeking self-employed customer advisers for its Brühl agency. Career changers can also join and receive training.

• Provide individual advice to our long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters online and in person
• Grow the agency's customer base by gaining new customers
• Contact existing customers regularly to build lasting business relationships
• Manage claims and settle minor claims
• Consistently offer customers additional suitable products

• Completed insurance training as an insurance specialist, an insurance and financial investments clerk, or an equivalent qualification
• Initial customer advisory experience as a key account manager, sales manager, representative, customer adviser, sales employee or field sales representative
• Alternatively, entry as a career changer, ideally with commercial training, with training provided by DEVK
• Enjoy inspiring people
• A category B driving licence
