What You'll Learn
- Portfolio management: Takeover, advice, and strategic expansion of an existing customer base of over 1,000 private and commercial customers, so no starting from scratch.
- Holistic consulting: Needs-based protection of private and commercial customers in personal insurance (provision, pension provision, and biometrics) as well as property and commercial business.
- Hybrid customer contact: Flexible consulting directly in the agency, via modern online consulting, and in field service within a 25-km radius.
- Efficient organization: Independent appointment scheduling with professional support from our back office.
Requirements
- Qualification: Insurance specialist (m/f/d) IHK, insurance clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in holistic insurance consulting and proven sales successes.
- Mobility & Language: Driver's license class B, willingness to use own car for customer appointments, and negotiation-proficient German skills.
