Holistic consulting and support of private and business customers on all insurance and pension questions; Analysis of existing contracts, optimization of coverage, and development of individual solutions; Takeover and further development of an existing customer base as well as acquisition of new customers through referrals and established contacts – completely without cold calling; Building long-term customer relationships, handling service requests, and settling minor claims; Independent management of your sales targets, portfolio management, and active contribution to the agency's success

Completed commercial training, ideally as a management assistant (m/f/d) for insurance and financial assets, insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in the field of insurance, financial services, or banking; Experience in customer consulting, sales, field service, or internal service, preferably in insurance sales, financial consulting, or pension planning; Strong communication skills, consulting competence, closing orientation, and enjoyment of active customer contact; Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, motivation, and goal orientation to independently expand a customer portfolio; Car driver's license and willingness to support customers regionally
