What makes your job exciting: We train you in 6 months with our compact training to become a "Certified Specialist (m/f/d) for Insurance Mediation". In addition, you will experience intensive onboarding and on-site coaching from your colleagues. After successfully completing your compact training, you will advise and support long-standing private and corporate clients on all insurance matters in the agency, on-site, or online. You are an employee in the agency operation.

Strong interest in the insurance industry First experience in customer consulting or sales German language skills (C1 or fluent) to advise our clients professionally Communication skills, sales talent, enjoyment of individual consulting Car driver's license to visit clients on-site when needed
