Telephone Assistant for an Insurance Agency

Permanent part-time position in Mülheim providing telephone support to a DEVK agency and its manager. Immediate start.

• Welcome customers
• Support the agency manager and sales partners
• Schedule appointments without cold calling
• Prepare and carry out sales campaigns
• Organise internal processes

• Completed commercial vocational training preferred
• Some initial customer service experience as a key account manager, call centre agent, sales manager, sales representative, customer adviser, sales employee or assistant preferred
• Strong telephone skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• A friendly approach to customers and strong communication skills
