Theory and practice blocks alternate quarterly over the 3-year program. Dual Study Business Administration – Service Management in Practice: You gain extensive insights into the tasks and areas of responsibility of various departments of a branch and work there from the start. You contribute your own ideas to optimize processes and develop key figures to display the productivity of individual areas. For the punctual supply of our delivery bases, parcel centers and letter centers, a coordinated fleet management is required. Here you support the coordination and negotiations with logistics service providers.

You have a good (subject-specific) university entrance qualification or will obtain it by the start of studies (note for applicants with a technical college entrance qualification: a condition for admission to the dual university is proof of your ability to study, which is verified by a test.
