You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, a meeting place for brands and people. As a sales assistant, you always have an open ear for our customers' wishes. Besides your knowledge of the dm range, you convince with competent advice and make retail a pleasant experience. Your working hours are by arrangement with your dm store from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 and 20:00. Let's act together – inviting, empathetic and hands-on.

• Advise: With competence and a smile, you are there for our customers and leave no question unanswered.
• Present goods and design the range: Clearly arranged, sorted for customers and easy to reach from the shelf – this is how you help make shopping at dm enjoyable.
• Customer focus: With your openness and helpfulness, you make shopping at dm a pleasant experience.
• Passport photo service: You produce passport photos for IDs etc. according to biometric specifications.
• Checkout: You ensure everything runs smoothly at the checkout and our customers finish their shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Picking of express orders: You process incoming online orders and help out when it comes to providing express deliveries for our customers.
• Design theme tables for promotions together: For our sales-promoting measures, your creativity and ideas are just as much in demand as your organisational talent.
• Inventory: You record stock levels and ensure through ordering that our goods in the dm store do not run out.

• Service orientation: With your empathy, commitment and joy in meeting people, you create the typical dm feel-good atmosphere with us.
• Training and professional experience: You have completed your commercial training and already have professional experience in retail or the commercial sector.
• eID activation for passport photo service: To digitally transmit passport photos for our passport photo service to the citizens' offices, you need the eID activation on your ID document.
• Competences: You enjoy digital work and are confident in using smartphones & Co. You also have a perfect command of the German language.
• Team spirit and motivation: To ensure smooth daily operations in the dm store, you pitch in as a team and coordinate working hours together. Even when it gets stressful, you remain calm.
• Initiative, solution orientation and desire to shape: You are keen to take the initiative, work independently, develop solutions and shape a liveable future for everyone together with our community.
• Flexibility: You actively participate in employee scheduling to best align your working hours with the dm store's opening hours.
