• Organization and flow of goods: You receive, label and present goods attractively.
• Checkout: You operate modern checkout systems, process payments and learn about cash reconciliation.
• Product knowledge: You learn about the product range and what makes the products special.
• Merchandise management and accounting: You support ordering and gain insight into commercial processes.
• Customer advice and service: You help customers in a friendly and knowledgeable way.
