Dual Study Program: Business Administration and Retail Management - Store - 2027

During the practical part of your dual study program, you will learn how retail operations work. You will take responsibility for receiving and storing goods, product presentation, sales and business administration tasks, developing step by step into a leadership role.

• Storage and product care: You ensure that goods are stored and cared for properly, check deliveries and put them into storage
• Product presentation and sales: You develop creative product presentation concepts and conduct sales conversations independently
• Key figure analysis: You analyze data from the merchandise management system and derive important business figures from it
• Goods coordination: You support the planning and management of the flow of goods in the store
• Staff planning: You support staff scheduling and actively coordinate the local team

• School qualification: You need a higher education entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachabitur)
• Foodie: You love food as much as we do
• Logical thinking: You have a good understanding of logical topics
