Apprenticeship as a Food Technology Specialist from 1 August 2027

A dual apprenticeship as a food technology specialist at the Döhler Group headquarters in Darmstadt. The programme combines practical assignments in various food technology departments with vocational school and lasts three years, although it can be shortened to two and a half years with suitable performance.

• Support the production of beverage bases, flavours and fruit juice concentrates
• Produce base materials in manufacturing
• Fill products into containers, canisters and similar packaging
• Produce beverage samples, conduct taste tests and check raw materials
• Support developers with projects
• Examine raw materials and in-house production against quality criteria
• Work in shipping, warehousing and maintenance

• Open-minded, resilient, creative and able to work in a team
• Interest in scientific and technical topics
• Good knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics and technology
• Very good lower secondary school certificate, good intermediate school certificate or university entrance qualification
• Dynamic, ambitious and motivated personality
