Hotel Specialist Trainee

You can expect a varied three-year hotel apprenticeship with personal support and the opportunity to gain an additional qualification in bar or wine service.

Rotating through all hotel departments, with a focus on reception and reservations; preparation for professional life through structured training and personal support; taking on responsibility and preparing theoretically and practically for future management roles; participating in training sessions, including revenue and marketing; regularly attending vocational school.

Physical resilience and a sense of humour; good school leaving certificate; enjoyment of hotel work and willingness to learn; ability to cope with stress and work in a team; enjoyment of working with guests and colleagues; good German and English skills.
