Global Communications Specialist

The Global Communications Specialist works closely with the Head of Global Communications and senior stakeholders. The role develops corporate narratives, communication strategies, key messages, presentations and content for internal and external audiences, supporting business goals, strategic priorities and the company's reputation.

• Develop and implement targeted communication strategies to support business, change and transformation processes
• Turn complex topics into clear messages suited to the audience and develop appropriate communication concepts and plans
• Work closely with HR, Strategy, Investor Relations, Legal and other departments, and actively manage stakeholder relationships in a global business environment
• Help develop and establish strategic narratives and key messages for important company initiatives
• Create high quality management and executive presentations
• Use modern digital and AI tools to improve communication and develop processes

• Completed degree in communications, media, journalism, corporate communications or business, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in corporate communications, PR or strategic communications in an international environment, ideally including agency experience
• Strong ability to put complex issues into a strategic context and present them appropriately for the audience
• Experience working with senior leaders and handling sensitive communication and change topics
• Excellent skills in developing concepts, writing and editing, and presenting
• Confident use of digital communication channels and modern AI tools
• Strong project management skills, initiative, strategic thinking and ability to put plans into action
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
