About this Apprenticeship
dormakaba is seeking a team leader for electronics production in Ennepetal as part of a succession plan. The role covers team leadership, production management and further development of manufacturing operations.
What You'll Learn
- Lead and grow the team, improve operations and put new developments into practice
- Guide, carry out and manage production tasks
- Prepare and meet budgets for maintenance and investment measures
- Serve as a knowledgeable contact for employees, public authorities and external companies
- Support our LEAN activities
- Ensure quality requirements are met
- Contribute to projects
Requirements
- An engineering degree in electrical engineering, or completed further training as a technician or master craftsperson in electrical engineering or a similar field
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a team
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Strong customer focus and excellent analytical skills
- Enjoy contributing to continuous improvement at the Ennepetal plant
- Desirable: Confident use of ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Desirable: Excellent MS Office skills
- Desirable: Excellent spoken and written German and English
