About this Apprenticeship

The eCommerce & Configurators area is responsible for a comprehensive solution ecosystem of a standard web shop and Proshop (4Xperts) based on SAP Commerce Cloud. The goal is a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints and consistent integration into customer applications and shared services. In this role you take strategic and operational overall responsibility for these business-critical platforms and services.

What You'll Learn

Professional and disciplinary leadership and management of the eCommerce & Configurators team within Marketing, Sales & Service Solutions
Active support in optimizing and further developing the standard web shop and Proshop solutions (4Xperts) based on SAP Commerce Cloud regarding collaboration, architecture and integration potential (ERP, customer applications for sales & service, and shared services)
Coordinating design and release management with all connected customer applications and shared services to ensure a stable end-to-end experience for customers and users
Ensuring that business requirements are translated, prioritized and implemented through the official change request processes
Planning, moderating and following up workshops with relevant stakeholders using agile and product-centered ways of working
Using artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI to optimize digital customer experiences, improve personalization,
Supporting management in all matters concerning the leadership and development of the eCommerce & Configurators team

Requirements

Completed degree in business administration, marketing, IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience (at least 5 years) with SAP Commerce Cloud and in implementing eCommerce solutions
Experience in SAP Commerce projects, ideally including implementation and rollout of SAP Commerce solutions
First exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage
Experience in project management and in leading teams (at least 3 years)
Experience in an international environment, ideally in a corporate structure
Fluent English; German skills are a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills and experience in stakeholder management
