Employee Test Field & Device Assembly Electronics Manufacturing Plant Ennepetal

Due to succession planning, we need employees (f/m/d) for the test field and device assembly in electronics manufacturing at the Ennepetal plant, initially limited to 24 months.

• Assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic assemblies and devices
• Conducting functional and quality tests in the test field
• Working in an assembly line and at individual workstations
• Identifying, analyzing, and reporting quality deviations
• Reporting production orders and quantities in SAP
• Compliance with quality, work, and process standards
• Active participation in improvement processes in the sense of Lean Manufacturing
• Collaboration with production, test engineering, quality, and logistics departments

• Completed vocational training in a technical profession; preferably electronics or mechatronics or comparable long-term professional experience
• Ideally experience in assembly or testing of electronic assemblies
• Willingness to work in two- or three-shift system
• Technical understanding and interest in electronic products
• Independent, careful, and quality-conscious work style
