Account Manager, Electronic Access Systems, Greater Berlin Area

Sell access control solutions and mechanical locking systems at dormakaba, focusing on developing existing customers, winning new customers and working with the northern regional sales team.

• Develop existing customers and acquire new customers for access control and mechanical locking systems
• Work actively with team members in the northern region
• Work for the German market leader in this target market
• Pursue cross selling opportunities across the full product range
• Sell solutions using remote selling and social selling
• Manage the sales funnel to meet a budget target
• Follow up on leads from campaigns
• Actively monitor and analyse the defined target market
• Contribute to projects in agile sales teams

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Engineering, Business Economics, Marketing or a comparable background
• Experience in sales, business development or project management
• Good to very good knowledge of selling complex electronic products and building technology solutions, ideally access solutions
• Ability to identify contacts, assess customer needs and confidently negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Team player with strong communication and networking skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Confident and persuasive manner when dealing with decision makers
• Residence in the Berlin region
• Business fluent German and good English skills
