Product Manager Access Control Solutions

You will develop and implement the long-term product vision and global strategy for dormakaba MATRIX access control and other solutions in the portfolio. You will define products around market and customer needs, prioritize product roadmaps and develop a consistent global portfolio aligned with the company's growth goals.

• Define and manage the global product and portfolio strategy and long-term vision for the MATRIX portfolio and other products.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities and create lasting competitive advantages.
• Prioritize innovation initiatives and investments and turn market requirements into a strategic product roadmap.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideas through business cases, development and market launch to phase-out.
• Develop clear market positioning and a value proposition that strengthens customer value and differentiation from competitors.
• Encourage collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, operations and regional organizations to ensure successful implementation of the product strategy.
• Monitor market, customer and product metrics, make decisions based on data and drive continuous portfolio development.

• Completed degree in business, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in the access control industry is an advantage
• A background in product management (PM/PMM), business development, sales or engineering is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, strong business understanding and sound stakeholder and project management skills
• Strong initiative, strategic thinking and ability to deliver results
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 15% of working time
