Data Scientist

Dr. Wolff Group develops strong brands (ALCINA, Alpecin, Bioniq®, KAREX, Linola, Plantur, Vagisan) in Bielefeld. In the specialist unit eWolff, new target groups and business models are developed on digital channels. The role involves developing evaluation methods and empirical models, establishing a data-driven culture, creating data-driven added value, and extracting essential insights for business processes.

Development of evaluation methods and empirical models for analysing decision-relevant data. Active contribution to establishing a data-driven culture. Development of approaches and solutions to create data-driven added value. Extraction of essential insights for business processes.

Enjoyment in developing and applying empirical models and evaluation methods. Excellent statistical knowledge and analytical skills. Very good proficiency in Python and SQL. High AI affinity and experience with AI tools and agentic use cases. Experience in software engineering projects is an advantage. Good understanding of business contexts and operational processes. Completed degree in Data Science, STEM, Business Administration/Economics or similar field. First professional experience in quantitative data analysis. Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
