Industrial Mechanic / Fitter – Packaging, Fixed-Term 2 Years

Ensure operational readiness of machines and equipment in packaging. Submit proposals to optimise changeover processes and reduce changeover times. Carry out initial measures in the event of malfunctions, analyse, rectify and document root causes and actions taken. Perform functional checks and approvals after changeovers, fault rectification and maintenance. Carry out repair, refurbishment and maintenance work in coordination with the technical process owner. Continuously optimise existing changeover matrices and processes. Operate and monitor equipment to guarantee smooth production. Independently set up, operate and manage machines as a machine operator. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, applicable standards, operating instructions, and requirements for order, cleanliness and occupational safety.

Completed technical, electrical or industrial-technical vocational training, ideally in a production or machinery environment (e.g. as an industrial mechanic or fitter). Proficient use of IT systems, especially MS Office. Good social and methodological skills, initiative, independent and structured way of working, strong team spirit and organisational talent.
