• International procurement of services and indirect goods, especially IT and logistics services, taking into account scheduling, cost and quality aspects
• Creation and processing of orders, tenders, offer comparisons, deadline monitoring, complaint processing and data maintenance
• Support of projects in a dynamic environment including handling of short-term changes and new requirements
• Supplier and trade fair visits
• Cooperation and communication with internal specialist departments
• Continuous development of existing and new suppliers
• Identification of savings potential

• Successfully completed business studies or comparable commercial training/further education
• Several years of relevant professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the area of IT & logistics in an international environment
• Proficient use of MS Office and SAP R/3
• Fluent, negotiation-proof English skills
• Negotiation skills, professional demeanor and willingness to travel
• Independent, solution- and result-oriented working style
• Strong pragmatism in dealing with changing priorities and framework conditions
• Preferably you have an understanding of artificial intelligence and its possible applications
