Business Analytics & AI Specialist

In our specialist unit eWolff, we work on tapping new target groups and business models on digital channels or taking existing channels to the next level. Together we want to grow globally. Your key responsibilities: You analyze and evaluate media campaigns, business performance, sales channels, customer segments, brand and product developments, and other brand-specific issues. You prepare complex data so that clear, actionable recommendations for specialist departments and management emerge. You support Marketing, Sales, and Management in making better decisions based on data and analytics. You take responsibility and contribute your own ideas on how analytics, AI, and agentic use cases can be meaningfully applied in the business. You identify growth opportunities, efficiency potentials, and optimization approaches along the value chain from media channels, communication, sales, and analytics. You work with dashboards, reports, and AI tools to make insights more quickly accessible and decisions more traceable. You actively drive the further development of a data- and AI-affine way of working in the specialist departments.

You have a strong interest in data-driven business decisions, marketing, and business contexts and possess a very good business understanding. You can translate analytical results into clear, concrete measures for the business. You have a high affinity for AI and practical experience with AI tools – ideally also with first agentic use cases for analysis, automation, structuring, insight generation, or visualization of data and information. You have strong analytical skills, a good feel for numbers, and solid statistical foundations. You have experience with BI, reporting, or dashboard tools; SQL knowledge is a plus. You bring initial professional experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a comparable field. You have a completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
