Service Technician

As a Service Technician (m/f/d) at Dräger Medical ANSY GmbH, you work on installing technology that saves lives. Start from home with your own company car to varied projects and become part of our dedicated team.

• Independent installation: After intensive onboarding, you inspect, repair, and maintain our medical systems, OR lights, media supply systems, and non-clinical gas supply systems in hospitals and laboratories.
• Commissioning: You are responsible for the acceptance and commissioning of our systems and equipment on site, as well as their proper documentation.
• Point of contact: You advise on required services and thus influence customer satisfaction in your region.
• Willingness to travel: You travel with your own company car within the region (up to approx. 2 hours driving time) to customers and projects and drive business development.

• Your training: You have completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship, e.g., as an electrical systems fitter, mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or building and infrastructure systems.
• Mobility: With your class B driver's license and a comfortable company car that you can also use privately, you are always flexible on the road and thus bring a willingness to travel.
• Practical experience: Experience in customer service or service (ideally with compressed gas systems or systems that are mechanically and electrically controlled or operated) helps you find your way quickly – and we help you further expand your knowledge.
• Technical interest: You have basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Your independent way of working and organizational talent make you a reliable force on every construction site.
• With your open and solution-oriented communication, you work with customers and in the team. You manage to convey even complex topics in an understandable and friendly manner.
